Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FeedRoas (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. FeedRoas is operated by FeedRoas Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

FeedRoas is a product feed optimization tool that helps e-commerce merchants prepare and optimize CSV product data for Google Merchant Center and Microsoft Merchant Center (Bing Shopping). The Service includes CSV parsing, field mapping, data validation, AI-powered title and description rewriting, and feed export.

3. Free and Paid Plans

FeedRoas offers a free tier and paid subscription plans:

• Free plan: Limited to 5 products per session. Does not include AI optimization features. No account or credit card required.
• Plus and Pro plans: Monthly subscriptions providing unlimited products, AI optimization, and additional AI token allowances as described on the Pricing page.
• Token packs: One-time purchases of additional AI token capacity, valid for the current billing period only. Unused tokens do not roll over.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. FeedRoas does not store your card details.

Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and may be subject to change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available for token pack purchases once tokens have been used. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FeedRoas to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Automate requests to our API in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage or causes service degradation
• Circumvent plan limits or token quotas by creating multiple accounts
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

The FeedRoas application, branding, and underlying technology are owned by FeedRoas Ltd. You retain full ownership of your product data. The AI-generated titles and descriptions produced by the Service are provided for your use and you may use them freely in your product listings. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over content generated on your behalf.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AI-generated product titles and descriptions are produced algorithmically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific products. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before submitting it to Google Merchant Center, Microsoft Merchant Center, or any other platform. FeedRoas does not guarantee that optimized feeds will result in product approval or improved advertising performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

FeedRoas is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeedRoas Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeedRoas Ltd. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your product data, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FeedRoas if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, at our sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FeedRoas shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
